Eric Chapus (Endorphin)

Since arriving in Australia in 1984 from France Eric Chapus (Endorphin) has had several musical incarnations.

Coming into the spotlight after being unearthed by JJJ in 1996 and delivering an impressive debut album “Embrace”, he has been dazzling his audiences with a live electronic show that weaves together an eclectic array of visual imagery and music to create a live production that explodes with an energy that seduces all the senses.

His second album ‘Skin' saw him win 'Album of the Year' at the inaugural Australian Dance Music Awards and he was also nominated for Best Male Artist at the 2000 ARIA Awards.

Along with remixing other artists work such as Icehouse, Spiderbait, Paul Kelly, Sonic Animation, Sunk Loto, Men at Work, Jimmy Little and Tina Arena, Endorphin has also been commissioned to score the music for a National Geographic series of 26 episodes and has also scored the music for feature surf film ‘Blue Horizon'.
