He is the Vice-Chair of the Asia-Pacific Committee of the International Confederation of Authors and Composers Societies (CISAC) which has a particular focus of developing music copyright infrastructure in the region. He also works closely with the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in this area and is the Asia-Pacific representative on the Legal and Legislative Committee of CISAC.
